Terms of service
The following terms and conditions apply to all services DubDesigns offers.
It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts a quote then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
50% of the accepted quote's invoice will be provided by DubDesigns before the project begins. Invoices are normally sent via PayPal; however, the Client may choose other methods if Client has no other options. Accounts that remain unpaid seven (7) days after the date of the invoice will be terminated.
All materials such as company logos to background artworks used in my service are provided by its customers.
A link to DubDesigns will appear at the bottom of the Client's website. If a graphic is used, it will be designed to fit in with the overall site design. If a client requests the design credit removed, a $50 charges will be applied. The Client also agrees that the website design/development for the Client may be presented in DubDesigns's portfolio.
Depending on the specific nature of the project, DubDesigns may require access to Client's third-party server, software and/or Client's storage directories via FTP.
DubDesigns will provide the Client with an opportunity to review the appearance and content of the website or artwork after the project is completed. At the completion of the project, if the Client accepts to review the service, the review may be displayed on DubDesigns's website.
DubDesigns allow customers to make web design modifications anytime without notice. Customers are not allowed to make any modifications to artwork without notice or permission.
